Cheryl Arlanson Russo, Esq.
Cheryl Arlanson Russo joined Arlanson Law Offices in March 2002 where she now practices in life and estate planning,
probate and estate settlement, real estate, and sports and entertainment law. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and
a graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Russo is also an alumna of Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Arlanson Law Offices, Ms. Russo served as in-house legal counsel at Woolf Associates in Boston, Massachusetts. While there she advised internal staff and athlete-clients on matters relating to Contract Law, Corporate Matters, Real
Estate and Estate Planning.
Ms. Russo earlier served as a law clerk for Corrigan, Johnson, & Tutor, P.A., Boston, Massachusetts and spent a year working in the Massachusetts State Senate, Office of the Senate Clerk as an Assistant to the Clerk of the Senate.
She is a Notary Public and a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys [NNEPA] and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys [NAELA].
An active member of the local community, Ms. Russo serves on the
Board of Directors for the South Shore Women’s Business Network
[SSWBN]and the Alumnae Board for Notre Dame Academy.
Ms. Russo is also an avid member and supporter of animal and wildlife organizations including Defenders of Wildlife, Animal Legal Defense Fund [ALDF], International Fund for Animal Welfare [IFAW], The Nature Conservancy, The Partners’ Circle of the Humane Society of the United States [HSUS] and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals [MSPCA].
Believing that the community is best served by knowing planning options and understanding the fundamentals of estate planning, Ms. Russo regularly teaches an Estate Planning Basics course through the Town of Hanover Adult Education Program.
